A tribute for MJ

After reading the newspaper and watched some people did the video and report about Michael jackson. I just realized how foolish I am and felt embarassing about my last blog. I admit that I was influenced by the media, they used to twisting and extragarate the fact of the story. To ruin people's reputation and life.

I know Michael Jackson has the skin problem (maybe skin cancer or something), but I always believe that he got this disease after he did the surgery...but the fact is, he had this disease, and certain part of his body was turning white. So, instead of letting his body and face appearing white spots and he decided to do the surgery (turn his skin to white).

For all these years, I disgarded how great he is, how wonderful and amazing performer he is by believing all those craps the entertainment media reported about...wow...I'm a jerk. And those media always hurt Michael and detroy his image when he is alive; but now making the show for a tribute for MJ and saying how great person he is...how legendary he is... Aren't they slapping themselve??

I just listened to his music, 'You are not alone', 'earth song', 'Black or white', 'heal the world', 'thriller', 'beat it', 'billie jean' etc... and his dance moves, those are classic; millions of people try to learn and dance like him. his entire singing career was a huge impact and inspiration for many people....he is a genuies. Although he is such a successful artist; but I think his entire life is miserable and lonely. His sucessful career and status brought a lot of negative impacts for his life... Since he was a child, he was abuse by his father, and he skipped classes for praticing singing; thus, he couldn't make many friends, sometimes even hided and cried in a side of the corner. his childhood was filled with miserable memory and lonely.
After he was famous, he need to deal with the negative report from the media, he lost his appearence due to the failure of the surgery and letting everybody calling him a freak or monster. the pain of his sickness stayed with him for his journey of life. The recent one, he was filed from molesting child and sex abuse cases, this law suite took place for years and finally this case was lack of envidence convicted and called him innocent. And he is the father of three, his children are all young, the oldest is only 13 yrs old. Now he was gone because of heart attack.

His life is filled with colors, adventures, sweetness and bitterness, we can even make a movie for his life.... I was thinking myself. Do I want a life like that? or do you want to be Michael Jackson?

I praise to you, Michael, you are a true idol, an american icon, whatever he did affect thousand millions of people. his music spent time with my childhood, high school and college. The real king of pop forever.

R.I.P.....MJ

Well, Micheal Jackson was anounched dead on June 25th 2009 afternoon. Fans from all arounf the world were heart broken and still couldn't believe the shocking fact. I'm not his super fan but I do love his popular songs, especially those from the 80's. In fact, the first english pop song that I ever listen is Micheal's song--"Heal the world" from the album Black and White.

Well, the legendary king of pop died because of heart attacked, police said that might due to Micheal has a habit of taking pain killer for long time; because he did a lot of plastic surgeries, and the cost that he paid for those surgeries was not only give him the freak-like appearences, and also the pain after the surgeries lasts his rest of his life. It's a tragedy. What should we blaming to? those pain killer? the plastic surgeons? Micheal himself? or the whole society?

Of course, if we think again, what made Micheal Jackson had the decision of doing plastic surgery? the prejutice of the society! Micheal was born as an African American, maybe he was suffering of the pain of discrimination since he was young. and his talent and his sucess of the career couldn't submerged the fact that he is lower class citizen. I don't know how serious the discrimination back in that time because nowadays this kind of problem will never occur in this civilized society. Yet, I still had met some of those people who look down of others from the status. Can you believe? even though Barrack Obama is the President, this kind of things still remianed.

No matter what, since his death was announced, now people's topic are all about him. the tv playing his background story, his legend and his controverted life with full of gossips...and the radio keep playing his music... whatever, we will miss Micheal Jackson. The legendary king of pop.
